Xinyi earned her LL.M. with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Her legal education also includes studies at East China University of Political Science and Law.
Her practice spans talent-based, employer-sponsored, and family immigration, including O-1, EB-1, NIW, L-1, PERM, and marriage-based matters. She advises clients in English and Mandarin.
