Meet the Attorney

Xinyi Zhang is a New York attorney and the founder of XYZ Law PLLC, a boutique legal practice serving creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and arts organizations. Her work focuses on helping artists, musicians, designers, photographers, creative entrepreneurs, and cultural organizations navigate the legal issues that arise as they build, protect, and expand their work in the United States.

Xinyi advises clients on U.S. immigration pathways, including O-1B, H-1B, EB-1, and related visa and green card matters, as well as contracts, studio and commercial lease review, business formation, nonprofit and 501(c)(3) structures, and ongoing compliance. Her practice is designed for clients whose careers do not always fit into traditional categories, and she works closely with each client to understand their creative background, professional goals, and long-term plans.
