Xinyi (Doris) Zhang is a New York–licensed attorney and the founder of XYZ Law PLLC. Her work connects immigration planning with the professional, business, and family priorities behind each matter.

She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Her legal education also includes studies at East China University of Political Science and Law. She has also passed the PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

Her professional experience includes business immigration work at Jun Wang & Associates, with a focus on O-1 visas, EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, and national interest waivers. Her work has included developing petition strategies, evaluating evidence, and advising on the business formation and operational issues connected with immigration matters.

At XYZ Law PLLC, her practice encompasses O-1A and O-1B, EB-1, NIW, L-1 intracompany transfers, PERM employer sponsorship, H-1B, and marriage and family immigration. She also advises on business formation, contracts, and ongoing corporate matters.

She serves as Co-Chair of the Social Media and Technology Committee of the AILA New York Chapter, and as a member of its Employment Committee and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Working in English and Mandarin, she helps creative professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, employers, couples, and families understand their options and prepare a strategy grounded in their circumstances.
